You would manage our manufacturing lines at production facilities situated in the suburbs of Colombo. Your responsibilities include ensuring that all production processes operate according to specified conditions to meet customer requirements and quality objectives. Ability to manage costs and people in related areas will be necessary in this role. |

You would hold an NDT in Chemical Engineering or Polymer/Rubber Technology, or an equivalent qualification. Experience of 3-4 years in a manufacturing environment and demonstrated leadership capabilities in fields like cadetting or scouting would give you an advantage.
You will have a good command of spoken and written English as well as Sinhala and be willing to work on shifts. |
