We seek an outgoing, dynamic young lady with outstanding communication skills and a strong customer focus for the position of Customer Service Officer cum Receptionist.
You will be the first point of contact with customers, visitors and associates at our office premises at Foster Lane, Colombo 10 and will be required to handle internal and external telephone communications on the PABX system, customer front-ending and directing visitors and telephone enquiries to relevant staff.

|
You should have an excellent command of the English and Sinhala languages while knowledge of the Tamil language would be an advantage. You would possess credit passes for English and Mathematics at the GCE Ordinary Level examination; experience in a similar position is preferred. |
